As licensed realtors, we hear many stories of folk just like you buying a newly built home and then, after moving in, they discover that the builders did not do a good job, and they were left with high repair bills and / or the value of the home dropped, as a result of these faults.

Model homes always look great. So too do new homes when you move in, but after a while, as you start to discover the faults, you discover how good your builders really are by the way they handle the faults.
Some are excellent and ensure their home buyers are always well looked after, whilst others leave a lot to be desired.
We decided to give home buyers a chance to both praise and report poor workmanship through our property review questions.
The goal is to encourage builders to improve their standards and to apply pressure as needed to improve their performance standards and then, when things go wrong, to ensure that they properly look after the home buyer……
